ArtOfTest, Inc. now provides premier support with developer access for the WebAii Framework. Our premier support includes:

  • Resolve bugs faster.

  • We diagnose problems or performance deficiencies of the WebAii Framework rapidly. Depending on the severity of the issue, our service agreement guarantees our engagement within 8 hours of submitting a service ticket. We also guarantee our engagement until an acceptable resolution is achieved.


  • Connect with WebAii Framework developers.

  • Can’t figure out the best way to handle an automation scenario? Get code snippets and recommendations directly from the developers of the product. If you are wondering how to perform a certain scenario or wondering what is the best approach to do a certain action, our developers can help direct you so you can save time on research and ease the learning curve.


  • Get private builds.

  • No more waiting! If we deem an issue is a feature bug and is blocking your progress, we will provide you with a build that contains the fix as soon as the bug is resolved and tested. You no longer need to wait for the next product update.


  • Premier Support Portal access.

  • The premier support portal gives you acces to Knowledge base articles for research on commonly hit issues. You can submit trouble tickets within minutes and get real time updates on the status of your ticket.

Purchase Support

We currently offer Premier Support only for the WebAii Framework. The WebAii Design Canvas comes with a different servicing agreement that is built in every license purchase.
