Trial Customers

For customers that have downloaded our trial version, we offer the following support channels:

  • Online forums We track our forums just our support tickets so we make sure not forums is un-answered within 72 hours. You can access our fourms here.
  • Documentation We have fully documentation of our product including a quick start guide, a complete user manual and a great set of How-To-Videos.
  • Email If none of the above can solve or answer you questions, you can email us directly at trialsupport@artoftest.com.

Purchased Customers

Customers that have purchased our product in addition to the above forms of support will also get a 1 year support subscription that includes upgrade assurance. As part of your support subscription, we guarantee response times from ArtOfTest. With each sold “Machine” license, you get:

  • Direct access to our support team using a dedicated email account they can send tickets too.
  • Minor version upgrades throughout the year.
  • Major version upgrades throughout the year.
  • Renewal discounts.
