Purchase Orders
ArtOfTest Inc. accepts purchase orders (POs) by phone or online. If the PO is made online, you will receive a sales invoice by email. Please make sure your purchase order number is correct after receiving your sales invoice. If not, please contact us at billing@artoftest.com. The emailed sales order will act as the official invoice for the purchased product unless you let us know if we need to mail an additional invoice.
All purchase order terms are Net 30 and we will only send support information and/or activation keys to Fortune 1000 companies using purchase orders. For all other companies, support information and/or activation keys will be sent after we receive payment.

Wire Transfer Instructions
IMPORTANT: The wire transfer fee is $10.00 US Dollars, this does not include the fee your bank charges for wire transfers. The amount received by ArtOfTest Inc. MUST be the total of the sales receipt plus $10.00 dollars.

Bank information will be included as part of your invoice email.
Please note that even though a wire transfer may take only a couple of business days to arrive, it may take up to 5 more business days for us to complete your order. Once that happens, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. In this e-mail you will receive a reference number for your order and detailed information regarding payment and delivery. There is no need to take further action until you have received this confirmation e-mail from us. If you do not hear from us 7 business days after your wire transfer has been sent, please contact us at billing@artoftest.com

Please print your sales invoice, fill in the check number field and mail it to:

If you are paying by check, please make it payable to ArtOfTest Inc. After we receive your mail, we will process your order and you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours. In this e-mail you will receive a reference number for your order and detailed information regarding payment and shipping. There is no need to take further action until you have received this confirmation e-mail from us. * We will not submit the order until the check has cleared, for faster service, please send money orders or cashier checks.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you include a form of payment in your mail, this must be your check, or a cashier check, or a money order.
